First off, whether you are for or against prop 8, it's not right that 4 judges overturned the will of the people. With prop 22, 4 million voters, 61% of the electorate, voted to keep the definition of marriage between a man and a woman.
Also, Yes on Prop 8 DOES NOT HURT HOMOSEXUAL RIGHTS. Under California law "domestic partnerships shall have the same rights, protections and benefits" as married spouses. They get the same tax breaks and everything.
Whether I am for or against homosexuality doesn't matter. What bothers me most is that the rights of religious institutions will be taken away if Prop 8 fails. And it's not just scare tactics either, there is proof of this having happened in other states. Talk about not separating church and state! The government is taking away the rights of religious institutions because of what they believe in!
