Two physicians were successfully sued for refusing to artificially inseminate a lesbian. Despite being referred to another physician, the lesbian couple chose to sue the doctors to make them an example because of their religious beliefs.
In New Mexico, a Christian photographer is being tried under a state anti-discrimination law for declining to photograph a same-sex "commitment" ceremony.
